This policy covers digital product purchases and is provided in compliance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta z 30 maja 2014 r.) implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. For consumers resident in the United Kingdom, this policy also reflects the protections of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Under Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and Article 9 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of the contract being formed (the cooling-off period), without giving a reason. The same 14-day cooling-off period applies to consumers resident in the United Kingdom.
However, under Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to cancel does not apply to digital content delivered immediately where you have: (a) expressly consented to immediate delivery; and (b) acknowledged that doing so means you lose your right to cancel.
At checkout, you are asked to confirm both (a) and (b) before the purchase is completed. If you do not provide this confirmation, your purchase will not be processed.
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital content.
If the digital product is materially defective, corrupt, or does not conform to the description provided at point of sale, and we cannot resolve the issue by providing a corrected version within a reasonable time.
If there is a duplicate charge or an error in the payment process attributable to us.
We will not issue a refund if you have already downloaded or accessed the digital content and acknowledged at checkout that you would lose your right to cancel.
Change of mind after download is not grounds for a refund.
If you have technical difficulties accessing the file, contact us first - we will provide a replacement link or alternative format before any refund is considered.
If you are entitled to a refund under this policy, follow the steps below.
Email hello@fitoutinsider.com with your name, order email address, and the guide you purchased. We will respond within 2 business days.
If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute, you have the following options:
European Union consumers: You may submit a complaint via the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Polish consumers: You may also seek assistance from the Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów (UOKiK) at uokik.gov.pl, or from your local powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów (district consumer ombudsman).
United Kingdom consumers: You may seek assistance from Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk, or refer the matter to the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) at cedr.com/solve/consumer.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Nothing in this policy affects the mandatory consumer protection rights of consumers in their country of residence, including the statutory rights of UK consumers under UK consumer law.
Prices shown are current. UK VAT registration is in progress with HMRC. Once registration is complete, future prices for UK consumers will include 20% UK VAT. Purchases made before that date are not affected.
