These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, operated by Dariusz Kubies Services trading as FitOut Insider. By using this site you agree to these terms.
Operator: Dariusz Kubies Services - a sole trader (JDG) registered in Poland with the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG). NIP 7532202127. REGON 544086256. CEIDG-registered since 24 February 2026.

This site offers three types of service:
Information and content - articles, insights, and general information about construction project management, provided free of charge.
PM consulting advisory - independent senior PM advisory services, booked via Cal.com. The terms for any consulting engagement are agreed separately before work begins.
Digital products - practitioner guides in PDF format, purchased as one-time digital downloads.
Practitioner guides are digital PDF documents. Upon purchase, you will receive a download link by email.
Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU): As a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. However, under Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to digital content delivered immediately if you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that doing so means you lose the right of withdrawal.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm: (a) that you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content; and (b) that you understand and accept that this means you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you do not provide this consent at checkout, your purchase will not be processed.
If you have purchased a guide but have not yet accessed the download, you may request a refund within 14 days by emailing hello@fitoutinsider.com. Once the download has been accessed, no refund can be offered, except where required by law.
If you experience a technical issue preventing download or access, contact hello@fitoutinsider.com and we will either resolve the issue or provide a refund.
Practitioner guides are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or share the content without written permission.
The content of this site, including practitioner guides, is provided for informational and guidance purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice for any specific project or situation.
All consulting advisory is provided on the basis of the specific engagement terms agreed in writing before work begins.
Dariusz Kubies Services shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or financial consequence arising from reliance on any content, guide, or insight published on this site, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may use this site for its intended purpose only. The following are strictly prohibited:
Scraping or automated extraction of content from any page on this site, whether by script, crawler, or other automated means.
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code, data structures, or algorithms from any part of this site or its products.
Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or making available to third parties any guide, template, or other content purchased or obtained from this site.
Any use of site content for training, fine-tuning, or evaluating artificial intelligence or machine learning models without prior written consent.
Use of your personal data when you interact with this site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
All content on this site - including text, guides, layout, and branding - is the intellectual property of Dariusz Kubies Services unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts.
Nothing in this clause affects the rights of consumers under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the protections of your local consumer law and may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where such rights are mandatory.
Prices shown are current. UK VAT registration is in progress with HMRC. Once registration is complete, future prices for UK consumers will include 20% UK VAT. Purchases made before that date are not affected.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union and we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you have the right to use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Polish consumers may also seek assistance from the Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów (UOKiK) at uokik.gov.pl, or from their local powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów (district consumer ombudsman).
UK consumers may seek assistance from Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. For material changes affecting existing purchases or ongoing engagements, we will provide reasonable notice.
